All orders are shipped from our New York (USA) office.

We are unable to process orders from certain countries who prohibit the import of jewelry and/or where our insurance is voided. Such as, but not limited to: Afghanistan, Angola, Bolivia, Brazil, Burma, Bangladesh, Congo, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Iran, Iraq, Ivory Coast (Cote d'Ivoire), Latvia, Liberia, Nigeria, North Korea, Paraguay, Poland, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Sudan, Serbia, Syria, Slovakia, Venezuela, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Romania, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan.

Domestic orders: Free USPS First Class shipping for orders of $50 (prior to taxes) and over. Shipping upgrades are available at checkout.

Canada:
- USPS First Class 7-10 business days $22. (For packages up to US$400)
- UPS 3-5 business days upgrade available at checkout for $35.
Rest of the world:
- Flat rate UPS 3-5 business days flat rate: $48.
Orders with a value of $1,000 USD or more must be sent with a direct Signature
Confirmation. Taxes, duties, VAT are not included at checkout.

Unfortunately, shipping delays due to customs are out of our control. International shipments are fully insured and subject to Shipsurance (If applicable).
We do our best to ensure your items arrive safely and on time. We are always available to help troubleshoot if something does go wrong.
Please understand however, that once a package is marked "delivered" we are not able to replace it.
SHIPPING INSURANCE: USA + INTERNATIONAL
Usually the parcel service is very reliable however sometimes they experience some difficulties. We are truly sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
According to Shipsurance, we are able to open an insurance case after the package has been lost for 40 days (international) and 20 days (domestic).
If damaged, please contact us immediately, the insurance company requires proof by sending us quality (not blurry) images and a detailed description.
Coverage provided by this certificate covers a package from all risks of physical loss or damage from an external cause (subject to exclusions) while in transit. Any package that is covered by this Certificate will be shipped in strict accordance with all regulations of the Carrier.
You will be asked to file an honest affidavit.
By purchasing shipping insurance online, you certify that all information provided is accurate and truthful. The submission of a false, fictitious, or fraudulent statement may result in imprisonment of up to 5 years and a fine of up to $10,000 (18 USC 1001). In addition, a civil penalty of up to $5,000 and an assessment of twice the amount falsely claimed may be imposed (31 USC 3802). Warning: any fraudulent claims will make the shipper and/or consignee liable for any prosecution for mail fraud under federal crime code.
